Another thing i wanted to ask about is- that is kind of stupid-: what are the best times to have the meals? Im still on the liquid phase but still i dont know when to have something to drink and how long should i wait between meals- i dont think am having enough fluids? Ughhh am so confused please help! And sorry for the long post
Richard Foor 655 Posted July 12, 2013 You should not push starting to go to the gym, your body needs time to heal. Most start out exercising lightly with walking, treadmill. You don't want to start any heavy lifting until you are healed. 1 court2180 reacted to this
Mrs.RRn 2,111 Posted July 12, 2013 Listen to your doctor! The last thing you want is a complication (especially caused by you). OUCH- hernia, hemorrhage, leak, oh my! 1 court2180 reacted to this
cynthia4722 74 Posted July 12, 2013 Dont be in a hurry to exercise strenously. You have had major surgery. I too felt like I could do more after the surgery but it is best to listen to your doctor.. You need time to heal.
