I found out how weak I am today! Workout was: 4 rounds of 500 meter row 5 knees to chest 10 push presses 20 squats We added five pounds to the 25 pound bar and I freaking struggled with each set..arching my back etc..blah At least I am getting deep on the squats! 1 Fiddleman reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
