swizzly 901 Posted August 1, 2013 Swizzle, been there too!! Sometimes habit just takes over!! ( or an evil spirit!!!! Lol). If I pick up chocolate, its going to be bad!!!! That's one of the weird things about this particular episode -- I'm not a huge chocolate eater anyhow, and I never ate six pieces at a go most of my life, that I can remember. It was just a very weird situation. I reckon I might have had too much caffeine and/or had a low blood sugar hit me right about the time those chocolates presented themselves. Just a one-off I figure. I didn't go over the deep end once my fast was done in by that, though, so that's good. Had a delicious taco salad for dinner. Yum. Hey... I haven't started boxing yet... I think I'll have to wait 'til I'm 6 mths post TT cos it is 'vigorous' exercise. I am currently doing Curves 3-4 times a week and enjoying it. It isn't the same as the boxing gym but it is defo giving me good results and boy, do I sweat! Fiddleman has described it on VST, you can do a word search, I don't know how to describe it other than it is the stuff that juicers swear by for detoxifying and ultimate nutrition. M2G 1,836 Posted August 1, 2013 ...so I lost another .1 pound today. Its like finding a penny on the ground, eventually they will add up to a dollar! FYE ---OMG I love this!!!! end of my 'feed day', next fast is Fri this week. Been just ok today - did have bread and no nasty reaction...lol... always a worry! No real want of a meal, so a few Snacks through the day and then Curves which, I enjoyed. I had to make myself go 'cos I was feeling lethargic and not in the mood. Glad I went now though. My kids are home from their holiday with my parents... So I have just over a week to get the four of us sorted before we go away. Gonna be a busy time, but the thought of two weeks with not much to do but relax and spend time with my family makes it worth while. Not feeling optimistic for a good scale reading in the morning... looks like I have a new bounce range of 160 - 164, but you know me... I will keep on keeping on! Hope everyone else is doing well... hugs! Hey a new low bounce range sounds pretty good. Woo hoo! About to have my green superfood drink, finished my shake a few minutes ago, does anyone know the hows of superfood drinking? I have never been a juicer/detoxer...but I think it would have to taste ok or it just wouldn't be worth it. Ima Loser 197 Posted August 1, 2013 I am a Tues/Thurs faster... I have to say I actually really love my fasting days but I have a feeling today is going to be AWFUL!!!... I am having a VERY off week, On Monday I had a severe allergic reaction to something and my dr put me on Prednisone... Now I am retaining Water and gained 3 lbs since Monday... I have put my scale away and I am not getting on it until I am completely done the steroid... Unfortunately I had to take a 12 day course because we aren't exactly sure what caused my reaction and I couldn't see an allergist until next Wed night after all of my daily allergy medicine has time to leave my system. And of course I have all the crappy side effects that come along with taking a steroid medication... Bloating, increased hunger, edema... Oh and I have an issue with it slightly blurring my vision! Weight is still bouncing around, but it is bouncing at the lower end since I started 5:2 and I am happy about that!
