I have and I love it. I always loved kick boxing and I have always liked dancing. And its a mix between kickboxing and dancing. Before my surgery I was doing to TJ 1-2 x per day 5-6 x per week. I saw a difference and I felt the difference. I had more energy and when I was done working out I felt like I had worked out. I recommend it!
