Hey everyone lost 90 pounds in a year. So happy with the results. I need to loose 20 more but I'm in stall x the last 3 months.. Need help.. Thank you

I'm 31 .. I'm doing Crossfit.. Just normal Water, Protein.. I lot of weights.. Crossfit the best workout ..Thank you x the support.. VSG the best .. Keep it up..
