MaddieJ 82 Posted July 11, 2013 No I'm not crazy.... it's just that starting the liquid diet stage means my surgery date is almost here!!!! Every time I want to cheat I think of how close I am to surgery (16th)!!! On a side note... if you are looking for s variety of flavors on a liquid diet then Teavana teas will help! I ♥ them! There are so many types and they are loose leaf so you can mix them. Blueberry Bliss mixed with strawberry Lemonade is heavenly. My daily tea is Earl Grey Cream. They are so healthy and tasty! If you do get some then be sure to get a "perfect tea maker", it's around " $15. The tea itself can get pricey when you try lots of different flavors. Good luck to all! 4 JerseyGirl68, qnz234, TES and 1 other reacted to this
NYVSGguy 22 Posted July 11, 2013 I love Teavanna, never thought about having that during the liquid diet. I am still a few months away from my liquid diet, but will keep that in mind. I have my first Nutritionist appointment and Psyc this morning. Good with your diet and sleeve! 1 MaddieJ reacted to this

Richard Foor 655 Posted July 11, 2013 Great to see someone staying positive, the liquid diet tends to be rough for a lot of people at first but gets easier, and the post op is even easier yet. Good Luck, enjoy your journey it's not always easy but it's worth it and gets better as time goes by, stay positive.
