Teresita 0 Posted January 3, 2007 Alright MD what are yu guys doing? Tuesday January 2 Walked 6.4 miles and I'm hoping to walk when I get off today. I am so excited about exercising again. Teresita 0 Posted January 4, 2007 Great job Barbara. Have you already seen the doctor about your foot? I know that since I have been walking more problems come up but I won't let it stop me. I have a blister forming from Tuesday and yesterdays walk. Also, the side of my right foot has been kinda numb for a while. OK I'm going back to the doctor also. BarbaraC 0 Posted January 4, 2007 Yes, I am seeing a doctor, I have a stress fracture/heal spur. In fact I had a shot of cortisone the week before Christmas but it has not worked. mdlitchick 0 Posted January 8, 2007 I am back at Water aerobics and taking Ho'Robics (an exercise class taught by exotic dancers, check it out at www.xposefitness.com) once a week.
