Prior to last week I was just being more aware of what I was eating and would think "oh well that's not too bad" but I guess it was. I started keeping my carbs under 25 per day. I always cook chicken, turkey or seafood and veggies. Eating my Protein first I may get a bite or two of the veggie as I get full off of the meat first. That has helped tremendously. It sounds hard but once you get started the end result is the same eating baked chicken as if it was pizza, and that's full and satisfied! I try to get in as much Water as possible and I do exercise 3-5 times a week but I was doing that before I started this.
