They only take off retained Water wgt. The results don't last. They work great for an event to get into a smaller size then it all comes back a few days later. Pretty much a scam....

Awe thank you. I still have a long way to go! I'm three months out. Down 72 pounds. So I'm excited to see how much more I can lose!
