Seems a little high in carbs for my taste but each is own. I personally have stayed a way from any cereal because I was afraid it would bridge me into bad habits. Good Luck.

I see they have this at Walgreen's and Amazon in case you want to try a smaller amount before you buy in bulk at costco. There are other flavors too.

Hmm. I might try swinging by Walgreens today to pick up a sample. Thanks for the heads-up. I don't really count carbs, although I understand why some of you do.
