I usually try to get Protein in first. My doc said 40 carbs a day on most days im above that. I stick to 800 max calories a day. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I know everybody is different but it will give me an idea on how I should move forward and work this sleeve to the max. Breakfast 1 egg fried with pam spray topped with 1/4 cup chedddar cheese. I use a scale to weight allot of my foods by grams or ounces. lunch half a white tortilla with 1 boiled egg 1 tsp mayonaise mustard dinner 3 ounces shrimp chopped fried with 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 cup marinera sauce and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.< /p> I try to get in 64 ounces of Water a day, 60-70 grams of Protein daily , Vitamins , 800 max calories daily. Sometimes I indulge in pringles or dark chocolate but it is a once a month thing and I remain in the 800 zone. I just started going to the gym 2 times a week exercising for an hour.
