My dr. says NO GRAPES....but I'm not sure why they off the list??

No grapes until much later. They have an outer membrane that is hard to digest. And seeds if not seedless.

My doc suggested to start trying grapes, but my sleeve didn't like it-- even peeled with no seeds. I'll revisit the grape idea in a couple months.
