Sleeved 2 1/2 weeks ago.... STALL!

I was sleeved 2 1/2 weeks ago and I've hit a stall. What can I do to get out of it. I'm down 32 pounds. I use my fitness pal religiously. I make sure I get my Water in and I'm doing my best to get in 50+ grams of Protein a day. I also walk over 3000 steps a day. Im so impatient. Am I overreacting about the stall?? What can I do?

If you continue to follow your plan the scale will move again.

Bodies need to adjust after dropping lbs.

32 lb loss in 2 1/2 weeks is huge!

Yep, you are impatient and overreacting! :-)

You are in this for life, stick with the plan. You'll do wonderfully well!

This is COMPLETLY NORMAL at this time. Just keep doing what you're doing! Sounds like you're doing it right. :)
