ake 8 Posted July 7, 2013 I was sleeved 2 1/2 weeks ago and I've hit a stall. What can I do to get out of it. I'm down 32 pounds. I use my fitness pal religiously. I make sure I get my Water in and I'm doing my best to get in 50+ grams of Protein a day. I also walk over 3000 steps a day. Im so impatient. Am I overreacting about the stall?? What can I do? MIJourney 490 Posted July 7, 2013 If you continue to follow your plan the scale will move again. Bodies need to adjust after dropping lbs. 32 lb loss in 2 1/2 weeks is huge! Great job. 2 ake and busybeingme reacted to this
