mybigescape 3 Posted July 11, 2013 I have lost 5.9kgs in first 8 days so gotta be happy with that. It is much easier this week. Im very excited and wish it was sooner but im also very nervous
cathy1110 27 Posted July 11, 2013 Great results,If you don't mind me asking why do you need to do Optifast for 4weeks?Thats a long time.By the time you get to solids on the otherside you will be desperate to eat something .Keep up the great work.I feel like my could be more but it's slower with the sleeve.Still happy with the results. Bec101 227 Posted July 12, 2013 Hi ladies, I'm sorry but I'm in Brisbane. I'm happy to help with support too. I was sleveed on 3rd June. I've lost 14.9kgs but 7.4kgs were on the pre op. I have to say that the Optifast was the worst part of the process! I get to start solid foods today! Keep up the great work.. 5.9kgs in 8 days is great!! I just want to take it easy and just try alittle bit at a time

Bec101 227 Posted July 14, 2013 That's great Cathy! I know I'm losing slowly but that's fine with me. As long as it's a loss each week. How are u going with solids? Any tips?
