omg, Low carb is the bomb!

I just wanted to let everyone know how I just lost 7 lbs in the last 6 days. I have been doing around 60gm of carbs a day, per my doctors orders. I had a stall at 255 for 7 days. I decided to go back to low carb, <30gms a day. Well, I've lost 7.4 lbs in 6 days. I have always been a fan of low carbing. In fact I lost 100 lbs in 2004, went off and gained all back.

The major difference this time is I'm eating 5-6 small low carb meals a day and man it is burning my fat off. I always eat a Protein and good carb right after my walk every morning. EX: 1 scrambled egg w/jimmy dean sausage crumbles and 1 roma Tomato, peeled because the skin bothers my "peanut".

Just wanted to share what is helping me. I would love to hear what you guys think.
