AutismMom 92 Posted July 5, 2013 I was ready for the 3 week stall...but I won't be 3 weeks until the 8th and I have not seen the scale move in 10days!! my cycle is almost over but good lord no change in 10 of my 18days!?!? How do I break the stall? I even mowed my 1 acre lot yesterday and bam nothing still!! This is giving me second thoughts about the whole thing if nothing else! JoiaRox 430 Posted July 5, 2013 I finally went down this morning (4 weeks post-op today) after a few weeks of slight movement. Keep doing what you're supposed to - the weight WILL come off once your body has adjusted! You'll continue to go through cycles of stall, lose, stall, lose for the entire process...don't get impatient now! 2 dork and tigerbelle reacted to this
artymama 170 Posted July 5, 2013 I feel your pain! I have been the same weight since day 6. I am now day 10. Frustrating so early out!
Ailly 32 Posted July 5, 2013 Your body is adjusting and needs time heal. The best thing you can do for yourself is to put the scale away and focus on getting in your Protein. Your weight is going to fluctuate as you lose/retain Water, put on muscle from exercise etc. Stepping on the scale everyday does more harm than good. Hang in there and trust that if you make smart choices regarding food, protein and exercise, the weight will come off. You can do it! 2 Daddysgirl10 and tigerbelle reacted to this

Sleevin'It 57 Posted July 5, 2013 I agree with all the responses. For me, I wasn't getting in my required Fluid intake due to swelling in my stomach. After surgery, I had a 10lb Water weight gain. It took forever for the weight to come off. Once I was able to get in more liquids, the weight starting rolling off. I'm currently in another small stall, but I know it will continue to drop. Good luck!
