Ive started getting tempted by some foods I prepare for my family. Since surgery you couldnt pay me to eat something off the plan. The past few days Ive been sneaking a chip here a bite of a chocolate covered granola bar there. I even ate a half of a burger at a BBQ today. Hope I can get back on track tomorrow. I really think I'm still insecure from all of the diets I have failed at in the past. For some reason I cant get it through my head this is not a diet. Don't get me wrong Im working out 6 days a week, going to the gym, keeping calories between 700-800 and getting all protien and Water in most days. Its just everynow and then I have a day where I could go CRAZY! I'm scared Ill fall off the wagon and stay off.

you should look at it as more of a lifestyle change then a "plan" most of us have been dieting most of our life, and probably could stay on a diet or a "plan" with our eyes closed....I dont see anything wrong with a chip here or a Hershey kiss there, as long as you journal and hold yourself accountable..

I also have a fear of falling off the wagon and it's been a hindrance in my maintenance. My weight is were I want it to be but I keep losing because I can't seem to add in the calories... I'm so worried if I take a bite off plan that I will lose control and start pigging out. These changes take time and its probably best to take it one day at a time!
