dont drink and eat. WHY?

what i have noticed is that I can actually eat a lot more when i drink during meals... I have now innitiated a no drink and eat clause with myself.... LOL... But its funny, I had heard that they dont want us to drink and eat at the same time but i didnt know why.. maybe they have their reasons,... but i have mine... and thats it. just a tip

You stumbled onto one of the main reasons. It flushes your stomach when you drink as you eat allowing you to eat more and for your stomach to not have the time to break down the nutrients.

Right, and the quicker your stomach flushes, the quicker you'll feel hungry again & you'll want to eat sooner than necessary.
