First of all I have so many questions, I decided to do this because of my weight, Im tired of being critized and I really want a change in my life and plus is for healthy issues. Im super nervous help with questions about pain and how much will I lose like in 3 weeks.

Everyone's completely different, and much of your journey will depend on your starting weight, genes, recovery speed, etc.

Personally, I lost 10 pounds in my 10 day pre-op diet, then another 15-ish in the first 10 days post-op. Tomorrow will be four weeks since my surgery and I haven't lost a pound in almost 3 weeks. Bodies take time to adjust, and we all have our different pace in the race!
