KayCTheNewMe 50 Posted July 4, 2013 I have been stalled for about 2 weeks fluctuating between 30 and 32 lbs lost. I just started working out last week (walking, eliptacle, some leg toning exercises) and have been cutting down on my carbs again because even though eating them sucks sometimes I just can't get enough it seems. KhadijahRose 66 Posted July 4, 2013 You're right, stalling is the pits! For me what seems to work is fasting for a day or 2 and then suddenly I'm down 5 pounds and my sleeve tightens a bit which gets me back to being better restricted. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
