I have been stalled for about 2 weeks fluctuating between 30 and 32 lbs lost. I just started working out last week (walking, eliptacle, some leg toning exercises) and have been cutting down on my carbs again because even though eating them sucks sometimes I just can't get enough it seems. Any ideas on how to push through it?

Ignore the number, focus on how you feel. You are most likely losing inches, btw.

Try and up your Protein, that has helped me in the past.

You're right, stalling is the pits! For me what seems to work is fasting for a day or 2 and then suddenly I'm down 5 pounds and my sleeve tightens a bit which gets me back to being better restricted.
