Lost 23 lbs post surgery on Optifast. After surgery I gained 5 lbs which I think was Water weight. Loss 2 lbs since surgery at two weeks out. Not discouraged yet but want to make sure I an doing the right things. Extremely tired, trips to store wipe me out enough for a short nap. Getting in all Protein and water. Wish I could see more loss at this juncture. Concerned about energy level.

I was also sleeved june 17th...im down about 55-56 lbs...i just need to tone up the flab
