cumbie76 4 Posted August 4, 2013 Can you eat th3 egg part in the egg drop Soup? ? If your on a full liquid diet Sleeved on the 30th and had egg drop soup 4 days post op. I strained what egg off I could, but some tiny pieces still came through. Didn't give me any problems at all and tasted great! Thank god because I was over broth, had some cream of potato (strained the potato and made with skim milk). The best soup so far! Satisfied my mental hunger! VSG_Barbie 65 Posted August 4, 2013 Has anyone sleeved on the 30th been able to sleep on their right side? I'm having trouble sleeping on my back and wondering how long till I can sleep on my side. Thanks. For any insights. Hope everyone is doing well. I have been sleeping on my right side with a pillow under my left side so that I'm sort of sleeping on my stomach, which is the only way I'm really comfortable. This however forces me to turn my head to face the opposite of the way I usually face and makes my neck and shoulder hurt a bit. I do this most of the night and sleep on my back the rest of the time. Can't wait til I can sleep normally!

It came right back up after that I was fine. Does anyone have problems with smelling cooked food?
janiceclk 2 Posted August 4, 2013 I think my sense of smell is much more alert. Even perfume smells seem stronger...sometimes make my stomach flip
smap142 2 Posted August 5, 2013 My sense of smell has definitely become more sensitive but surprisingly the food doesn't appeal to me. Even all my favorites ..nothing still not hungry it's crazy. Had anyone experienced any severe headaches since surgery?? I have had 2 since and they are so severe waking me from my sleep.< /p>
Dawnyellow 80 Posted August 5, 2013 My tastes are changing- my sugar free Popsicles are wayyy too sweet. I used to be teased for being part hummingbird because of my love of all things sweet. Not anymore!
