Even jut lemon could help the heaviness. 1 H-1971 reacted to this
Mexico 16 Posted July 2, 2013 Yup I'm 8 months out and still can't drink plain Water I drink lots of crystal light or add a splash of apple juice. It also still has to be ice cold I have accepted this is how it may be forever and I just make sure I always have a plan for something to drink because being dehydrated is not worth it
TapSnap 357 Posted July 2, 2013 Plain Water feels thick going down. I can drink plain water if I have to but its a struggle sometimes. I have to add flavoring to it to help it go down easier. I use the flavor drops from dasani because I can adjust how much flavor I put in.
