Hi there- Just spoke to UHC and after submitting my paperwork on Thursday, they have told me I am already approved. Super excited to get my date scheduled. Wondering if anyone else has used Dr. Blackstone and what their experience has been. Would also love to see if there are many other sleevers out there from Phoenix area? I live in North Peoria.
