My pre op diet sucks

I'm sticking to it and I will do it because I have to but I need to rant!! I would much rather have to do a liquid diet. But I'm now eating processed chemical added food from some "health" food company and my dr says I have to follow this plan!! Yuuuuuck!! Ok. Rant over!!

Rant on! It's only temporary. Today I started my own wean toward my surgery. No more wheat (what an addictive mess it is for me). Next week will be my coffee wean (I'm crying already), then sugar (Oh Lord, I can feel the hangover already).

Thank you very much! Not having the natural sugar from all the fruit I used to eat I think is kicking my butt the most!! Aside from not being able to eat my Cheerios in the morning.. I can't have my strawberries and bananas either!!!!! Grrrrrrrr lol. I was ok until lunch time and I had to mix a package of powdered cream of chicken Soup and it smelled of chemicals and tasted horrible... Blllaaaahhhh
