rebecca_dsu 241 Posted July 1, 2013 Just some thoughts/ideas: Don't drink anything 30 minutes before bed time. Also, try to prop yourself up and sleep on your back and see if that doesn't help keep things down. If it continues all night, I'd call my doctor in the morning. Vivian19 4 Posted July 1, 2013 That happened to me also, I found taking smaller sips while standing really helped me. When you get nauseous, you are taking a mouthful rather than a small sip and should wait more than 5 minutes between sips, I hope this helps.
Sassygirl06 962 Posted July 1, 2013 I used to have this happen to me...especially after I ate to much. I thought there was something seriously wrong with my saliva glands! This to shall pass. In the mean time...keep a cup handy to spit it all out...cause swallowing it will make you queazy. Try to sleep on your side with a towel underneath your mouth so your pillow doesn't get drenched. Make sure not to overfill your stomach with Water, or anything else. It will get better....it is all part of the process. 1 kp2010 reacted to this
Healthiernewme 81 Posted July 1, 2013 I had that too but it was caused by my pain meds. It stopped at Day 4, and now only happens when I over-do it.
