sugarpop 17 Posted July 30, 2013 What Protein Shakes are you all using? I'm 4 weeks out today and figure I had better get busy and make some decisions. Of you like peanut butter... Try a Peanut Butter cookie shake (Matrix and Protizyme are the brands I've tried). I also like banana cream shakes. You can order sample packs online (mybariatricpantry.com). 1 Travelbug1955 reacted to this
xsammy 27 Posted July 30, 2013 Anyone else having what I'm calling "surgery brain"?? I'm having a really hard time concentrating on anything else, work, etc. It's not even that I'm thinking about surgery, I just can't focus. I can't turn my brain off at night either. 8 ShrinkyDinkMe101, miss_cee85, Mocha2871 and 5 others reacted to this
