juju04 5 Posted August 8, 2013 I was sleeved almost 4 months ago. I've lost 46 lbs. I probably could lose more if I actual exercise. I have had my ups & downs especially with food but at the end I don't regret having this surgery. Good luck to all of you sleevers!! 3 miss_cee85, tina5978 and Reni reacted to this

Nett 7 Posted August 8, 2013 Hi I am getting sleeved one week from today. I started to do liquids today but was starving all day. I had to have a lean dinner. I am on thyroid meds so that makes me really hungry. One week from today. Very excited.

ladystl 14 Posted August 8, 2013 I'm having mine done on August 19th' date=' and an incredibly excited! I'm trying to be better about my eating (a big step for me, as I love junk food) and today when I realized I needed groceries, I put on the brand new walking shoes I bought yesterday, threw on my backpack, and walked a mile to the store! Whatever I purchased, I carried home on my back or in a bag. In this crazy heat, the sweat ran like rain, my friend! LOL! Anyway, eating better and going to try to walk 45 min (at least) 5 days a week. I'm new to the site and would love some new friends to go through the process with too! Good luck![/quote'] I'm scheduled for Aug 19 too.excited and nervous! 2 Olivia2233 and Mocha2871 reacted to this
1gorgeousgodzilla 192 Posted August 8, 2013 My date is August 19th and I can't wait!! However, I want to increase or maintain my level physical activity but am finding it difficult with this pre op diet. Hopefully I won't be so fatigued in a few days. 1 Mocha2871 reacted to this

Another 19th'er like me whoop whoop! It sounds like we are at nearly the same place with the pre op diet as well. I know it will be worth it, but it is tough going right now. 1 gia24 reacted to this

It was 140/100 but only at my primary care doc office. At EDG yesterday it was 160/83 and my 2nd PCP it was 140/89! I am starting the pre-op in hopes that it helps lower my pressure. I go back to my PCP on Monday..if its not lowered, surgeon won't do the surgery. Pray for me please. 3 Mocha2871, xaya and Olivia2233 reacted to this
