cynthia t 13 Posted June 30, 2013 I weighed myself this morning and it said I gained 2 pounds... Wtf!! I ve been going to the gym 6 days a.week ...I do and 1 hrs cardio and 30/45 mins of weight training.. I only did 30 mins of cardio yesterday.. Had to leave something came up.. But Ive been sooooo good keeping up with my work outs... Im 2 mon and 4 days post op.. And Ive only lost 36 pounds since pre op.. Ive been at a stall for 2 weeks.. What I am I doing wrong...???? Oh my calorie intake is 750.. according to my fitness pal I burn around 400 at the gym... All I have to say is DISCOURAGING!!!!!!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
