Hi all. I too had surgery on June 25. I am on full liquids...but one of my fav things is a lemonade slushy..Made with 1-2 cups of ice, Water, and 1-2 single crystal light lemonade packets. Its quite refreshing. =)

I'm a June 25ther too. I am on Protein shakes plus Clear Liquids until Tuesday at which time I can include 1/4 cup of soft food. Can't wait!

Just curious how much everyone has lost. I feel like I am slow. SW 212 today 201.7, so about 10 lbs.

I've lost 22 lbs, but I also have a lot more weight to lose than you do so that would have a lot to do with it. You've lost around 5% of you total body weight and mine is about 7% loss so it seems like your on track.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
