Denn 66 Posted June 30, 2013 On a given day. I weighed 200 pounds this morning and now I weigh 206!!! I'm so upset, why. I did eat carbs today , is that what did it. Ahhhh .... Am I normal?
mrchris 98 Posted June 30, 2013 My doc keeps telling me not to weigh myself more than once a week for that very reason. We do fluctuate, time of day, time since last bowel movement, fullness or emptiness of bladder, etc. I mean if you drink 32 oz of fluids and weigh yourself before peeing, you'll be 2 lbs heavier. I wouldn't necessarily think it should fluctuate 8 or 10 pounds in a short period of time but 2 to 5 pounds isn't unreasonable.

You are abnormal. Because you are 6 pounds heavier than you were this morning? No. It's because you're weighing yourself twice a day. Save your sanity and weigh only once a week. 1 a_deshotel reacted to this
Laurambers 15 Posted June 30, 2013 Also only weigh in the mornings when you are naked right after you pee. Another thing that can effect your weight is time of the month for a women, or if you have had a lot of salt that day, because those both make us retain Water.< /p>
