something is really wrong with me

i am 10 months out have lot 60lbs since surgery, total of 80lbs pre op. i have been excersing a lot and hard. my calories have been anywhere from 1000-1200. my workout burns about 600-700 cals. the problem i am having is being dizzy everyday. now i have a metallic taste in my mouth. i gained a lb have not lost any weight in almost a month. i get extremly hot and nausea everyday. today is the worst i feel really sick. i dont know whats wrong i will see my doc on monday. just seeing if anyone else might have some of the same issues.

I think that it's good that you're seeing the doctor. I have had a metallic taste in my mouth, but it was because I was in ketosis, and burning fat. It must be very discouraging to be working so hard--on top of the surgery--and still not losing. I hope you get it all sorted out soon. :wub:

If u can drink more Water and see ur dr. I get low blood pressure and I get dizzy. If ur dehydrated u will feel nauseous as well. Let us know how ur doing please.

I'm no expert, for sure, but I think it might be an idea to stop exercising until you've seen the doctor, too. Take a well-earned rest! :)

My daughter gets dizzy and passes our she she gets dehydrated,even a little.

ms ive been drinking 100oz of Water a day. i thought it was the pressure also but it went back up and i was still feeling that way. the metallic taste just started today. im praying my body will start releasing fat soon. but i might have to reduce my workout from 5-6 days to 3 every other day. just not eating enough for that type of workout.

Protein makes such a difference for me. I feel dizzy and my blood sugar levels drop sometimes when I am not getting consistent protein. Keep up with the hydration. Glad you are seeing the doctor too. Keep us updated!

Have you had your thyroid levels tested?

pre-surgery weight 325; surgery date 2/28/2013; surgery weight 307; 8 weeks past-op weight 281.4; 12 weeks post-op 274; 4 month post-op 266.2

yes all test are normal. i went home erly from work today because i wasnt feeling any better.i hope its not a leak or something
