Kristina J. 581 Posted July 4, 2013 That's fine but when you say you dont like pitbulls because they are ugly and there are too many of them its offensive. Getting a dog shouldnt be about how it looks. I guess its just me because I never understood the whole necessity of getting a certain breed. I would just say to go to a reputable breeder not a dog store. I don't think pitbulls are ugly... I just don't like that one ate part of my dad! Lol That one is pretty ugly to me 2 No game and NoneYa reacted to this
Ah0505 42 Posted July 4, 2013 Ok I just read all the new posts here and I must day I am finding it very disturbing! This change if topics, about your dogs, hedgehogs and other furry things... What about FISH??? (and coral they are pets too) I'm feeling like there is some discrimination going on here. I admit I discriminate, but it's for the life of the fish... I can't be trusted with a pet that is fragile, I need something a little more robust and perhaps with a more "in your face" personality. I'm likely to forget to feed the poor little nugget otherwise. You can't really judge a kitten or a puppy when you go to look at them on their personality. I do not like the way pitbulls look so I would never get one. I do not like those cats that naturally have no hair so I didn't get one. I forgot to say my 3 year old cat was adopted so I'm done adopting for now. She's a great cat but like I said I want to be able to be there from the start with a dog.

NewAshes 232 Posted July 4, 2013 I got my furlings based on the fact that my heart recognized them as soon as I saw them. my aunt got a malamute cause they are beautiful dogs. She was going to get a rot but instead she drove 4 hours to pick up a baby malamute. My teacher bought a golden doodle cause she loves that specific breed and how fluffy they are. I am buying a corgi because they are adorable, small and very obedient and easy to train.

We had a 120 gallon salt tank that my husband got me as a "hobby". I hated that thing. After 15 years of Water changes and dead cowfish, I sold the thing and bought my designer mutt. ******** 397 Posted July 4, 2013 We just knew our furry family were right for us. :-) Thats how I felt. Ct doesnt have a lot of kill shelters but they have rescues that get their dogs from down south. My baby is from Georgia..but as soon as I saw him (not only his looks) but the way he acted we knew he was for us.

One is a nano (14 gallons) The other is a "pico" (2 gallons) they require lots of work because the normal perimeters get thrown off daily because of the smaller size. So you have to be OCD and very controlling (right up my alley) to deal with them. Oh and get my cuddles still Amanda! In the form of my "pico" dog 3 LipstickLady, Dawnyellow and AmandaRaeLeo reacted to this
