New to Puree' foods.....

I started puree foods on Weds did goo yesterday with chilli and chicken and potatoes. I made tuna salad for lunch today and it feels like its stuck in my throat and won't go down. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

No but i start next week and I am excited to cook and eat vegetables again! I have to admit that I ate 2 strawberries the other day i wanted to see what would happen. CRAZY PYSCHO I KNOW i was just sleeved on 6/17. nothing happened no dumping or anything else.. I had some Sugar Free Chocolate pudding with added Protein Powder and that caused an issue

tuna was not considered puree for me. Puree was the consistency of baby food. Take it slow and don't push it.

It might not have been moist enough. Unfortunately I can not start introducing veggies for 2 more weeks and then potatoes (carbs) for another month after that, but during "my" pureed phase, they want food the consistency of cottage cheese and moist. chicken can be real dry if don't add a little sauce with it.
