Cheer Mama 166 Posted June 28, 2013 OK, I know it was my fault to begin with, but it is frustrating: I am just getting to soft mushy foods. I tried tuna with pickles and mayo and melba toast. I was hungry AND rushed. Not a good combo, it all came up...... Moral of the story: go slow when eating........
DayByDay 123 Posted June 28, 2013 We've all been there. I have resorted to tiny spoons and small dishes. That helps a lot. 1 Cheer Mama reacted to this
buplee 556 Posted June 29, 2013 I eat out of a saucer and try to eat very slowly. However, eating has been a chore since my surgery months ago. Some foods are difficult to eat like baked chicken and some vegetables. All of the chewing makes me tired but I deal with it anyway since this is going to be my way life for awhile. 1 Cheer Mama reacted to this
Cheer Mama 166 Posted June 29, 2013 I agree about it starting to be a 'chore'. I now know eating to live, not living to eat.
BrittNicole 12 Posted June 29, 2013 It has definitely turned into a chore. I hate eating anything anymore because it seems like nothing agrees with my stomach. But I'd rather have this attitude towards food than the one I had before.
