gmanbat 5,889 Posted June 28, 2013 The cutie pie doc better avoid prison. Those monster bubbas will give him a graduate course in what it feels like to be taken advantage of. 3 ellabella777, MizzouGirl and SuNMooNStaRS816 reacted to this
Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted June 28, 2013 I have compassion for women that are taken advantage of and forced into situations. Being that I was sexually assaulted when I was younger by someone who I trusted and made me believe it was my fault and that I wasn't allowed to tell anyone. For 2yrs I was held in fer of outing him. It wasn't until I was 25 that I told anyone. But willing doing something with someone that quickly after meeting someone is the fault of the parties involved. A lot of us have been victims just like you.. And as for me, it's just made me all that more compassionate towards others regardless of the how one was taken advantage of. 4 No game, ellabella777, North_Chicky and 1 other reacted to this
ShelPrice 70 Posted June 28, 2013 I was raped...someone who chooses to have sex with someone whether it be a position of power or not and gets upset only when that goes sour makes a mockery out of people like me and my situation. Janice, you are mistaken. Sexual abuse is still abuse if the victim was not of sound mind for mental or physical reasons. Authority figures (teachers, doctors, psychiatrists, bosses, etc. are forbidden to have a sexual relationship with those under their care/authority. Like having sex with someone too drunk to make w coherent decision, it's morally, ethically and sometimes legally wrong. It does not diminish the harm done to you. It's not a contest to see who was wronged the most. Shel in Kansas - Sleeved 5/21/13 9 serenity1959, kvlasy, Ms.AntiBand and 6 others reacted to this

No one is claiming she wasn't naive... But the dr took advantage of this with his position as her attending physician. It was wrong on sooo many levels. Gotta say I agree with you. What the doc did was pretty crappy, but the blame doesn't fall solely on him. I think it's great that the OP put this thread up, though, to warn others he might be on the prowl. 1 Ms.AntiBand reacted to this

I did not feel like I was taken advantage of, nor did he use his authority to persuade me to have sex with him. I don't think that is the issue with the OP either. It was a bad choice she made and now it's time for her to take action ( by contacting the company)and get over it. Now if she said no and he was still trying to persuade her, then that's a different story. Because then she would have done it out of guilt, and that's just plain wrong 1 pantala reacted to this

[/quote'] The fact remains that it is unethical to have sex with a patient under his care. If she was not a current patient this wouldn't be an issue. He'd still be a d**k, but that's another conversation. Shel in Kansas - Sleeved 5/21/

No game 14,437 Posted June 29, 2013 It's back up.... But after reading some of these latest comments from some of these "ladies" I almost wished it wasn't. I am truly saddened by some of these judgements and lack of understanding about something that is so ethically wrong. Do you have mothers? Sisters? Daughters? 6 kvlasy, ShelPrice, Melixxa and 3 others reacted to this
