Tomorrow is the day.. finally here.. am so ready to begin the new me process.

Tomorrow morning at 8am ill be getting my new tummy.. hehehe

I've been using Tapitio and Tabasco to my broths and soups!! I'm 5 days out and haven't had a problem. Check with your nutritionist first though oh and I only use a few shakes not my usual spicy but enough to get the taste
