Jeffie Beck 57 Posted June 27, 2013 I understand your frustration, don't feel bad. Let me ask you, what is your Water intake? Protein intake? activity/exercise level? General food intake daily? I ask bc perhaps we can all help find things to tweak to improve/increase your weight loss. Also, how much weight do you need to lose to reach your goal?
