Hi I'm one year out today and I'm a slowwwww loser :( I feel very discouraged and depressed about my results. I'm still struggling to keep my weight down up 3 lbs down 3 lbs. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

I understand your frustration, don't feel bad. Let me ask you, what is your Water intake? Protein intake? activity/exercise level? General food intake daily? I ask bc perhaps we can all help find things to tweak to improve/increase your weight loss. Also, how much weight do you need to lose to reach your goal?
