I am down exactly 40lbs! This is including my 1 week pre op diet! So excited for the future! 60 more to go!

I am 6 weeks out. I have followed the directions exactly but have lost only 6#. I have 56# to go. It is disappointing. The doctors have no explanation. I wish I knew how to get this moving!

You don't have very much to lose. Hmm! That is strange to only lose 6lbs. Are you exercising?
