Apple Sauce Surprise

2 cups Apple Sauce - with or without cinnamon

2 tbs - Chia Seeds

2 tbs - Flax meal

Very good for you.

The Chia and flax add Protein along with Fiber and other good stuff.

Make sure you use flax meal. Flax seeds arnt digestible.

I put my flax seed into my nutribullet and use the milling blade. It grinds it into a nice powder and it is easily digestible and dissapears in food.

I tried this. Not bad, just looks yucky to me, but I ate it anyway...and tastes not bad at all.
