My doc gave me his blessing to have surgery in Mexico. Upon that I started my 2 weeks pre-op diet and scheduled my surgery for 2 weeks later. I am now 4 weeks out. A total of 30 pounds and he said my incisions, my vitals and blood work great. I'm off sugar meds :) He was sooo pleased and so am I :)
