Reigo 111 Posted June 26, 2013 I know it's not too late as I am only 4 weeks out but I wish I had taken a good pre op picture for true before after shots. I am only down around 20 pounds so it's not really too late in the grand scheme. Did anyone else regret not having a before pic? 1 lrgandwrg reacted to this
Susie in Lima 320 Posted June 26, 2013 I actually did take preop photos are they are for sure a great thing and humbling thing to do. Go ahead and take some today. Also take your measurements! They are all good indicators for later on of how far you have come. I used to have a calendar item each month on the same date to take my monthly pictures, I have stopped doing that, not sure why but it has been invaluable to my success especially on those days that I am stuck or "feel fat" haha. It is never too late! Happy losing! 4 Webchickadee, Daddysgirl10, Ms skinniness and 1 other reacted to this
NtvTxn 1,262 Posted June 26, 2013 Right here on one of these threads, I'd read that pre-op folks should buy a DISPOSABLE camera (no peeking to ruin the fun!!!). Have your picture taken the day before or the day of surgery and then have someone take your picture EVERY month on your surgery date. After the one year picture, take the camera and have it developed. I did this, it is humbling, amazing, has a real "wow" factor, laying the pictures out, side by side and seeing your transformation there before your eyes!!! I am SOOOOOO glad I did this! 1 MIJourney reacted to this
