I'm feeling positive about my surgery.the only pain I have is internal brusing from the incisions but that's it. I can't wait to start the gym

I was sleeved 2/12 and down 47 lbs. going to the gym is the absolute best thing I have done. Weight-wise I haven't lost a lot, but since I started the gym a month and a half ago, Ive lost 13 lbs., 19 inches, and 10% body fat. I feel AWESOME and soon you will feel even more great!!

That's awesome 47 lbs wow congrats keep it up:) I'm 6 days post-op I know I lost 9 lbs on pre-op diet but I don't have s scale but I'm sure I've lost can't wait to join my husband at his gym finally !!
