AM 1 scrambled egg, 2 tsp light cheese, 4 strawberries snack 1 trader joes pizza veggie burger lunch trader joes black bean Soup, 2 tsp light cheese, 5 tortilla chips snack 1/2 cup lowfat cottege cheese, 1/4 cup peaches dinner premier Protein Shake evening snack 1/4 cup almonds total cals 934 cabs 49 protiend 87 the only problem is no workout during this week. my workouts burn up to 1000 cals. i will let you guys know what happens. 1 MariaL1981 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
