Congrats! OMG That is sooo AWESOME!!! Please tell me how you did it. What, specifically did you put in the appeal?

I didn't have to put anything. The coordinator at my surgeons office did everything. I just had to sign a paper saying the insurance could talk to her. I sent that paper in last week and I got the approval last last.
