My first day of eating did not go while at all. I had surgery on June 10th. Yesterday I tried yoplait light and refried Beans. Neither went well. Help!!!

I started with soft scrambled eggs. it was yummy and stayed down well.

I was on carafate. Made me have 6 hrs of continuous dry heaves. But for some it's necessary.
