Thank you. I am glad that Dr. Valenzuela is do very thorough.

I am going to continue on my WLJ. If I could lose weight before surgery, then I can continue. I don't see food like I did. Cutting back really made me not want to over eat and fir me a regular size meal is over eating. I am still in Mexico and will leave Saturday instead of Monday. I have been here 5 days already and I am ready to start exercising and adding that Protein that made me feel so much better. Overall, I had a great time here.
