2 weeks before surgery I was 325...

The day of I was 296

Today, about 2 months later I'm 242

To anyone who gets worried that the weight won't melt off just stick to the plan and slowly start to hit the gym. My goal is 220 before the end of August and I'm sure ill hit it.

WOO! Im one week out and cant wait to completely heal. I havent been to work and i def have cabin fever. Also my campus has an amazing rec center that I cant wait to use again
